By using the PR - Personal Records App, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Please read the following Terms carefully. If you do not agree with one of the points listed in these Terms you may not use the service.

Use

You may only use the PR - Personal Records App for its intended purpose as advertised in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Subscriptions

Some functionality and features can only be accessed or used with an active PR - Personal Records Premium Subscription.
If you subscribe you will be billed on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”).
Billing Cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your description.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or i see a reason to cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store Subscription Settings, depending on your operating system.

Subscription Changes

I reserve the right to change the Subscription Fees at any time. If that should be the case, you will be provided with a reasonable prior notice of any changes to the Subscription Fees before said changes become effective.

Subscription Refunds

Some refund request for Subscriptions may be considered on case-by-case basis.

Termination

I may terminate or suspend access to this service immediately, without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
I do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; or c) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
